The application fee of 1000 Euros will be paid using a special form called “F24 versamenti con elementi identificativi”.
Explaining how to fill in the form, the Italian Revenue Agency said that on the section "CONTRIBUENTE", fill in the personal data of the employer making the payment together with their fiscal code.
On the section "ERARIO ED ALTRO", fill in the name(s) of worker(s) to be regularised. If applying to regularise more than one worker, use a separate line for each worker.
On the section "tipo", please type in “R” while on the section "elementi identificativi" type in the passport number of the worker to be regularised. In case the worker doesn’t have a passport, type in the number of an equivalent document. Should the document’s number have more than 17 digits, please indicate the first 17.
On the section "codice", employers of domestic workers must type in “REDO” while all other employers must type in “RESU”.
On the section "anno di riferimento", type in “2012” while on the section “Importo a debito versati” type in “1000,00.”
Please note that the payment can’t be done before 7th September 2012 since the tax code will only become operational from that date.
